4 types of expenditure ceilings : \n<\/strong>\u2022 Annual ceiling \n\u2022 Monthly ceiling \n\u2022 Daily ceiling \n\u2022 Ceiling per transaction<\/p>\n\n

3. Plans settings<\/h2>\n\n

Device<\/strong> refers to a “legal” scheme such as the Sustainable Mobility Package (SMP) or Mobility Credit, or a “Portfolio” or expense item (e.g. an event, a cost centre, a function (marketing), etc….) to which the expenses incurred by Users will be charged. \nEach Device contains a selection of Expense Categories. \nFor example: Taxi, car hire, parking, restaurant, fuel….<\/p>\n\n

a. Plans selection<\/h3>\n\n

1. Activated plans are shown in the block at the top right of the screen.\n2. To add a new plan: click on the pencil icon at the top right of the block.<\/p>\n\n

3. In the new window, all the proposed Plans are listed.<\/p>\n\n

Click on the button to activate or deactivate a plan.No need to register, the action is immediate.User impact: plans are displayed in users’ mobile app to affect their spending.<\/p>\n\n

Mobility Pack offers ready-to-use devices, but you can request others that we will create for you (ask your sales advisor).<\/p>\n\n

c. Sustainable Mobility Package<\/h3>\n\n

The Forfait Mobilit\u00e9 Durable (FMD) is a financial support scheme for employees travelling to and from work. <\/p>\n\n

The annual limit per employee: \n– Up to \u20ac700, exempt from tax and social security contributions, particularly when combined with a public transport season ticket.\n– Up to \u20ac800 when combined with public transport costs. <\/p>\n\n

Eligible means of transport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Bicycles and electrically-assisted bicycles (personal and rented)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Carpooling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Personal mobility equipment, mopeds and motorbikes (for hire or self-service)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Car-sharing with electric, plug-in hybrid or hydrogen-powered vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Public transport (excluding subscription)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Personal motorised vehicles (scooters, single-wheelers, Segways, skateboards, hoverboards, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    d. Mobility Credit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    Cr\u00e9dit Mobilit\u00e9 takes the form of a budget envelope, the amount of which corresponds to the price difference between the cost of the company car and that of the alternatives chosen by the company and\/or the employee.<\/p>\n\n

    The annual limit per employee can range from \u20ac3.000 to \u20ac10.000, or from \u20ac250to \u20ac833per month.<\/p>\n\n

    4. Once you have set the expenditure ceilings at BU level, you have a 2nd level of settings for the Devices. \nOptional ceiling settings<\/p>\n\n

    ASP : Automotive Service Provider (fuel, tolls, parking…) \nOSP : Other Service Provider (catering, hotels, marketing….) \nMSP : Mobility Service Provider (rental companies, trains, planes, taxis, car-sharing…)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

    Authorisation of expenditure categories<\/h3>\n\n

    5. Selection of spending categories authorised for this device: active\/inactive\nMobility Pack offers ready-to-use Categories, but you can request others that we will create for you (ask your sales advisor).<\/p>\n\n

    6. SAVE\nCategories are required by law (L.O.M). You can deactivate certain Categories. However, you cannot add any<\/p>\n\n

    Setting the authorised categories<\/h2>\n\n

    A Category is a group of service providers, chains and networks where the Trip Keeper card will be accepted.<\/strong>\nFor example, if you activate the FUEL Category, Users will be able to pay in all shops that dispense fuel.\nBy default, Mobility Pack provides most of the Categories related to mobility. However, you can ask your sales advisor for others.<\/p>\n\n

    At this level, you identify and configure the Categories that you will use in Mobility Pack.\nYou assign these Categories to Devices in another\nanother section.<\/p>\n\n

    1. A preview of the Categories is visible on the Settings page. \nClick on the icon to access the list of Categories:<\/p>\n\n

    4. If any Service Providers are present, they are\ndisplayed (ACTIVE ) or not ( INACTIVE) in the Mobility Assistant of the Users’ mobile application.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Enter the order in which the Provider is displayed in the list on the mobile application.<\/p>\n\n
